She is a Best Selling Author, published Fitness Writer and Fitness Model, Master NLP Trainer and Results Coach, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutrition Consultant, gifted Intuitive and the creator of the ARM20™ Workouts and the ARMSTRONG METHOD™. From 2013-2015 Michelle sat on the Advisory Board for STRONG Fitness Magazine and was a fitness television personality for TVCOGECO. Michelle has been a regular guest presenter at the World Fitness Expos in Toronto and is known within the industry as a leader in the areas of mindset and motivation.
