What we put in our body affects our mood, behavior, performance, physique, and overall wellbeing. Eating mindfully and with awareness of how our unique body responds to certain foods is essential to achieving optimal health and wellness. Understanding how the body uses protein, carbohydrates and fats for fuel is also key to achieving your health and wellness goals.

After a one-time assessment I will create a custom eating plan and set of guidelines designed to support your workouts, body type, health needs, budget and lifestyle, so you can achieve your health and fitness goals.


All coaching programs begin with an initial assessment that can be done in-person, over the phone, or via an online questionnaire. During your assessment we will identify your body type, fitness goals, nutrition knowledge, lifestyle, budget, health needs and budget. I will then create your custom food guidelines and meal plans. We will then meet a second time either in person or via phone to go through your plan and guidelines in detail. You can ask questions, make modifications
