WHAT IS THE 12 WEEK LEAN AND TONE PROGRAM?

A custom 12-week program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels to build muscle, trim body fat, improve health and transform their mindset. The ultimate goal for this program is to make regular exercise a lifestyle and for you to love your body and yourself inside and out.

Each week for 12 weeks you will receive a new updated 12 WEEK LEAN AND TONE workout plan, meal plan and a custom set of mindset exercises.

At the end of every 4 weeks your progress will be evaluated and your plan will be modified to align with your desired health and fitness goals.

All plans are delivered in an easy-to-follow PDF format that can be viewed on all devices.
